Trial By Jury
By Staff, 01/13/20 2:42 PMHistoric Washington State Park hosted their first edition of “Trial By Jury” for 2020 on Saturday night. There are two versions, one based in the 1840’s and one based later in the 19th Century. Depending which version is staged, the play is presented either in the 1836 Courthouse or the 1874 Courthouse. Both versions are based upon actual trials held at Washington in those courthouses. Judging by the looks on some of the faces of the participants, there may have been skeptics in the crowd!
