Hope Rotary Hears Program On Proposed 1 Cent County Sales Tax

Hempstead County Judge Jerry Crane and Justice of the Peace Ed Darling spoke to the Hope Rotary Club Thursday about the proposed ballot issue regarding the courthouse.

There will be a public town hall meeting on January 28 at Hempstead Hall at 6:00. The public is encouraged to attend to hear more information and discuss the proposed 1 cent tax increase to fund the courthouse project.
