The City of Hope Parks and Recreation Department is accepting bids

The City of Hope Parks and Recreation Department is accepting bids on the purchase, or service for the following items:

• 20’ x 40’ Shop Storage Building

• Construction work for Northside Park Concession Stand and Restrooms

• Three (3)– Zero Turn Lawn Mowers with mulching kits

All persons wishing to provide the above items must meet additional specifications contained in the bid packet. Bid packets may be obtained from the City Manager’s Office at City Hall, 870-777-6701.

Sealed bids from will be received at the City of Hope at the office of the City Manager, Hope City Hall, 206 W. Avenue A, Hope, Arkansas, (P.O. Box 667, Hope AR 71802-0667) until 2:00 o’clock p.m., Thursday, February 20, 2020. Bids should be marked to identify the appropriate bid on the outside of the sealed envelope. At that time and location, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after 2:00 o’clock p.m., CST, Thursday, February 20, 2020 will be considered non-responsive and will be returned unopened.
