Hope Water and Light is now offering prepay to qualifying accounts. Instead of paying a utility deposit new customers can sign up for the prepay program and establish service for as little as $50.00. This $50.00 will be credited towards your usage and is not a deposit. Prepay is not only available to new customers, but also to our existing customers.
