HPD arrests Moses, Tolliver

HOPE – On February 10, 2020, at approximately 1:40pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Emerich Moses, 24, of Hope, and charged him with breaking or entering and theft of property. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington Street, in Hope.  Moses was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On February 14, 2020, at approximately 11:25pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Lamonza Tolliver, 35, of Hope, and charged him with terroristic threatening in the 1^st degree and assault in the 2^nd degree.  The arrest occurred in the 1300 block of North Walker Street, in Hope.  Tolliver was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
