Rodney Steel Exhibit

Local photographer Rodney Steele is in the midst of a show at the Cairo-Fulton Depot.  Steele is a native of Hope and has spent his career as a minister in the United Methodist Church.  He and his wife recently retired to Hope and has spent much of his time pursuing his hobby of photography.
    All the photographs at the exhibit are printed personally by Steele.  He also uses paper and inks that are rated archival.  These prints are designed to maintain their quality and color for decades when handled property when handled properly and kept out of direct sunlight.

    Forty percent of all sales at “The Art of Reflection” exhibit at the arts station is donated to three endeavors.  These include the Southwest Arkansas Arts Council, fresh water wells for North Katanga in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and “200,000 Reasons”, a program that attempts to alleviate childhood hunger in Arkansas
