Hope Water & Light To Close Lobby On Monday

The Governor of Arkansas, Asa Hutchinson has asked that businesses consider closing their lobbies, dining area, etc.   After careful consideration, we feel that it is the best interest of the employees and customers that we close the doors to the public and allow customers to make appointments if needed.  We will continue our day to day operations.  Customers will be able to pay their bills through the drive-thru, kiosk, online, mail and telephone.  We will place a notice on the door with contact information if they need to come into the building.

We will be taking the temperatures of employees as well as customers who require appointments in order to maintain the welfare and health of all involved.  We will not close the lobby until Monday, March 23^rd.  We want to take time to make sure that notice has been given to our customers about the closing.  We will remain in this mode of operations until further notice.  If customers have issues with bill payment, please contact our office to make arrangements.  We understand that these are trying times and we want to be sympathetic to the needs of our customers.
