Park and Pray at Hope Hospital

HOPE – Wadley Regional Medical Center Parking Lots in Hope will be the site Monday, April 6th from 7:00 PM – 7:15 PM for Park and Pray. The public is invited to participate in a collective prayer time for healthcare workers throughout our community.

The parking lots at Wadley Regional will be open for Park and Pray, but there are rules in place:

1. Do NOT Block the drive from the main entrance to the ER
2. Must keep the clearance open around the Helipad
3. DO NOT EXIT YOUR VEHICLE
4. DO NOT HONK HORNS (the desire is for those inside to hear as much as possible)
5. IF your prefer to stay at home, organizers will go “live” from “Hope Chamber of Commerce” Facebook page or join in prayer from 7:00 PM – 7:15 PM
6. Enter the lots from the following (so as not to cause congestion on Main St): Bill Clinton Drive / Main Street to the main parking lot / Side road that leads to the ER parking lot
7. “Like” and “Follow” the Hope Chamber page, so you can insert your prayers in the comments as they go “live”

One person will voice a prayer and one person will minister in song. They will be stationed at the Main Entrance to the hospital. No one else will be allowed to stand outside their vehicle.

“Wadley Regional is gracious enough to allow this prayer time. Let’s adhere to the rules, so that we can come together in this manner and offer prayer over all who are serving others on the front line and in need of prayers for health, strength, support, and encouragement,” said the statement from the Chamber announcing the event.
