Dr. Douglas Sworn In For New Term On Water and Light Commission

Congratulations to Dr. Ladell Douglas who was recently sworn in to a new term on the Hope Water and Light Commission.  Doing the honors for Dr. Douglas was Circuit Judge Randy Wright.
