Klipsch Now Affected by COVID-19 Changes

 

OAKHAVEN – Operations at the Hope Klipsch facilities are now being impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Jeff Haynie, with Human Resources at Klipsch said “they are down two weeks, and workers will be called back on April 20th” at its manufacturing and distribution facilities in the Oakhaven industrial area near Hope.

In an earlier statement regarding COVID-19, Klipsch said, “Please know that we are taking the utmost care to protect our employees and our customers. In our offices, manufacturing facility, and distribution centers, we are taking every precaution necessary to ensure the safety of our employees and customers through rigorous cleaning and sanitation, shifts that create social distancing, strict travel restrictions, and a customized work from home policy to support employees with children during school closures.”

Klipsch is also partnering with Feeding America by donating a portion of its sales to the hunger-relief organization during the pandemic.

The Hope operations manufacture and distribute consumer and professional grade audio speakers and accessories.
