Mrs. Virgie Greenhaw, age 100 formerly of Springhill, Arkansas passed away Saturday April 18,2020, in Jacksonville, Arkansas. She was born on July 13, 1919, in Cross Roads Community, Arkansas to Ambrose and Bessie Sutton. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hope Arkansas. She is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Herbert Greenhaw, her son Richard Greenhaw and two sisters Margie Wheeler and Wanda Power.

Survivors Include a daughter; Linda Duke, husband Johnny of Jacksonville, Arkansas, nine grandchildren; Aletha Bush, John Duke, Matthew Duke all of Cabot, Arkansas, Dalton Duke of Jacksonville, Arkansas, Charlotte Chovanetz of Fort Worth, Texas, Sara Crabb of Rancho Cordova , California, Richard Greenhaw Jr., Miranda Tinkes, and Jimmy Tinkes all of Sherman, Texas. She had 15 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

She loved her Sunday School ladies and a special thanks go out to them.
