Mrs. Delores Denell Henderson, age 66 of Blevins, Arkansas passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at her home. A life long resident of Blevins, she was at home surrounded by her family.
Denell is survived by her husband of 49 years David Henderson, one daughter Alena Steed Ritchie and her husband Christopher, six grandchildren Magen Henderson, Allison Steed Brad Kobe Steed, Ryan Ritchie, Brayden Ritchie Maggie Ritchie, three sisters, Judy Hays (Ricky), Diane Buck (Jimmy), Dorothy Adams (Don) two brothers, Reid Hill Jr. (Sara), John Hill, numerous nieces, nephews, brother in-laws and sister-in-law all of which she loved and each had a special place in her heart.
She is preceded in death by two sons, Brad Allen and Jason David Henderson, as well as daughter-in-law Melissa Henderson. Her father and mother Reid and Dorothy Hill. Her sister Lynette Buck, and nephew David Cox.
Denell spent most of her life as a devoted wife, mother and homemaker. She traveled all over the country with her husband as he worked the pipeline. She always said her place was beside her husband wherever that may be. Denell was a spitfire to say the least she was feisty, full of jokes and loved to laugh her family was and remained the most important things in her life, aside from her relationship with Christ. She attended Cross Roads Assembly of God Church in Delight.
Visitation will start Saturday at 5:00pm Saturday April 25, 2020 at her residence 1388 hwy 195 N Blevins, Arkansas 71825
Graveside service will be 2:00pm on Sunday April 26, 2020 at Union Grove Cemetery with Bro. James McCain and Bro. Danny Eckert. Burial will follow. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of BRAZZEL/Oakcrest The Funeral Home of Hope, Eddie Brazzel Director.
