SPRING HILL – The Spring Hill School District has released the following COVID-19:

As a result of all the Covid19 pandemic I did not get to send letters regarding required immunization requirements.

ALL kindergarten students must have a current physical and up to date immunizations to start school.
ALL students 11 years of age between 9/1/2019 and 9/1/2020 are required to have a Tdap vaccine.
ALL 7th grade students are required to have a MCV-4 vaccine.
ALL students 16 years old between 9/1/2019 and 9/1/2020 are required to have a MCV-4 booster.

WE NEED COPIES OF UPDATED IMMUNIZATION RECORDS

You can call your child’s pediatrician or the local health department if your child needs vaccinations.
These immunizations are required by the state for all students attending public school. If your student has exemptions for any of the required immunizations you must have a new exemption form from the state each year on the first day of school. If your student has already received shots, please send a copy of their updated shot record to the school.

Thank you!
