Hope Police Arrests
On April 30, 2020, at approximately 2:30pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested a male juvenile from Hope, Arkansas and charged him with aggravated assault on a family or household member. The arrest occurred in the area of West 7th Street, in Hope. The juvenile was later released to his parent pending a juvenile court appearance.
On May 1, 2020, at approximately 12:45pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Tommy James, 54, of Hope, Arkansas and charged him with criminal mischief 1st degree, assault 3rd degree, aggravated assault on a family or household member, and terroristic threatening1st degree. The arrest occurred in the 800 block of South Walnut Street, in Hope. James was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On May 3, 2020, at approximately 10:00am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Breaunna Carroll, 18, of Hope, Arkansas and charged her with battery 2nd degree. The arrest occurred in the 900 block of East 2nd Street, in Hope. Carroll was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance
On May 3, 2020, at approximately 1:30am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Kendaris Flowers, 22, of Hope, Arkansas and charged him aggravated assault and failure to appear. The arrest occurred in the 600 block of East Berry Street, in Hope. Flowers was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance
