On 22 May 2020, Agents of the 8^th North Task Force and Hempstead County Deputies arrested 44-year-old Eric Goss of Nashville and 62-year-old Donald Wynn of Ozan. Wynn a parolee who is under active supervision were together in a Maroon pick-up belonging to Goss.

Agents located two baggies of suspected methamphetamine, a baggie of marijuana and several pills inside of a baggie on Wynn’s person.  Agents located drug paraphernalia and suspected methamphetamine as well as a handgun in the vehicle which belonged to Goss. During the investigation, it was determined that Wynn attempted to discard another baggie of suspected methamphetamine while the Agents were conducting their investigation.

Wynn was charged with possession of methamphetamine with purpose to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Goss was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.  Both were transported to the Hempstead County Detention Center and are awaiting a first court appearance.
