Braylon Gulley Charged With Aggrevated Robbery

On May 22, 2020 at approximately 10pm two black males entered the Chicken Express in Hope, Arkansas and demanded money. Each of the suspects had a firearm. After being given an undetermined amount of cash, one of the suspects fired his weapon into the ceiling of the business. Both suspects then fled the business on foot.
On May 25, 2020, at approximately 9:30pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Braylon Gulley, 20, of Hope, Arkansas and charged him with aggravated robbery. The arrest occurred in the 900 block of South Walnut Street, in Hope. Gulley was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
The incident is still under investigation.
