UFO Seen Over Hope City Hall

OK, we’ll admit that it WASN’T a UFO over City Hall in Hope around 1pm Tuesday.  It appears to be a drone and we suspect it has to do with some upcoming roof work on the 90-plus year old building.  Considering an account we heard from the city manager once about climbing on the roof, we think checking the roof by drone is a good policy!
