Sheriff Singleton Sworn In As President Of The Arkansas Sheriff’s Association

Congratulations to Hempstead County Sheriff James Singleton who was sworn in Friday at the new President of the Arkansas Sheriff’s Association.  Our best wishes go to the Sheriff, shown here with his daughter and wife.  We know Sheriff Singleton will have a successful term in office!
