BLEVINS – The Blevins School District has announced their policy regarding face coverings:

Face coverings will be required for employees and all students in grades K through 12 at times when social distancing of six feet or more cannot be assured. Face coverings are also required for bus drivers and all student passengers while on any school bus.

Face coverings may be removed during instructional time in classrooms and at other times when appropriate distancing among students and between students and teachers is achieved. Face coverings may be removed when students are eating and drinking.

An effective face-covering covers both the mouth and nose at all times. A clear face shield is not a replacement for a face covering, but may be used by teachers when appropriate for instruction.

The Blevins School District will provide one washable cloth mask and one lanyard for students. However, students and employees may use their own appropriate face coverings from home. All face-covering designs must comply with the student handbook.
