COVID-19 not slowing down in state

LITTLE ROCK – There were 703 new cases and seven new deaths reported during Wednesday’s COVID-19 daily update. Hospitalizations decreased by 21.
The counties with the highest number of new cases are as follows:
Pulaski-78
Logan-47
Sebastian-43
Garland-42
Jefferson-33
Pope-30
In an effort to increase testing production from commercial labs, the Governor announced he will be signing a letter of intent with the Rockefeller Foundation and with other states. He said they will work as a consortium of states to enhance the buying power. He said this would give commercial labs the confidence to expand by knowing the demand.
