Della Jordan, age 90, of Prescott, Arkansas passed away Sunday, September 6, 2020 in Prescott.  She was born April 25, 1930 in Monticello, Arkansas to George and Oma Smith Boykin.

Della was a longtime member of The First Baptist Church of Prescott. She married Bev Wayne Jordan, Sr. and took care of their growing family while he went to dental school. Mrs. Jordan was a homemaker, accomplished seamstress. She made beautiful quilts, was a wonderful cook, and a faithful Arkansas Razorback Fan.  She was a member of The Tri Service Club and enjoyed being a member of a Bridge Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty years Dr. Wayne Jordan DDS, daughter Janet Jordan White, grandson Richard Hughes Jr., one brother, Bill Boykin, two sisters, Mary Boykin Harrel, and Mattie Ruth Boykin Tucker, and daughter-in-law Sherry Jordan.

Those left to cherish her memory are two sons and daughters-in-law: Bev Wayne and Melanie Jordan, and Jefferson David and Cathy Jordan. One son-in-law Ronnie White. Grandchildren, Erin Windsor and Scott, Brian White, Brent Jordan, Brock Jordan, Brady Jordan an Amanda, and Jeffery Jordan.  Great grandchildren Cohen and Corbyn Jordan, Brooklyn and Jordan Windsor, Curtis Jordan, Ryleigh and Barrett Jordan, and Katherine, Katelynn, and Payton Jordan.

Graveside service will be 10:00 am Tuesday September 8, 2020 at De Ann Cemetery in Prescott with Bro Frank Henson officiating under the direction of the Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home of Prescott.
