Donald Ray Hall

Donald Ray Hall, 78, of Hope, Arkansas passed away Monday, September 14, 2020 in Texarkana, Texas. He was born March 22, 1942 in Prescott, Arkansas to Willie Bob and Mamie Stuart Hall.

Don was a 32nd Mason of 50 years and graduated Prescott High School in 1960. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and retired as owner of Calhoun-Hall Plumbing. Don also served his community as a longtime member of the Hope City Board of Directors.

Mr. Hall is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Melba Calhoun Hall; and one brother, Bill Hall.

Among those left to cherish his memory are his son, Mark Hall of Hope; his daughter, Dusty Patterson and Joel of Olive Branch, MS; one brother, Bobby Joe Hall and Joyce of Emmet; six grandchildren, Madison Hall, Bailey Hall, Trace Hall, Bethany Patterson, Kent Patterson and Heath Patterson.

Chapel service will be held 11:00am Friday, September 18, 2020 at Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home Hope with interment to follow in Rose Hill Cemetery in Hope. Dr. Wallace Edgar and Dr. Gary Glover will officiate under the direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home Hope.
