Hernandez charged with possession, public intoxication

HOPE – On September 13, 2020, at approximately 4:20am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Carlos Hernandez, 28, of Hope, AR and charged him with possession of controlled substance methamphetamine and public intoxication. The arrest occurred in the 500 block of E. 5^th St. in Hope, AR. Hernandez was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
