All winners at livestock show and sale

PRESCOTT – This year’s Nevada County Fair Livestock Show and Sale was a bit different from years past.

First and foremost, for the first time ever, chickens and rabbits were included in the sale. Normally, the only animals auctioned off have been pigs, goats, sheep and cattle. However, this didn’t stop the bidders from getting the animals they wanted, at least most of the time. There were times, though, when a single bid stopped the bid process as others thought long and hard before trying to top the amount bid.
