Area students named Presidential Ambassadors for SAU

MAGNOLIA – Southern Arkansas University appointed 30 students as President’s Ambassadors for the 2020-21 academic year.

Brady Rhodes is a junior wildlife pre-health biology and conservation major from Rosston, AR.

Taylor Waters is a junior pre-health biology major from Willisville, AR.

Andria Curtis is a senior pre-health biology major from Hope, AR.

Jessi Park is a junior accounting major from Hope, AR.

PAs are the official student representatives for SAU. Their purpose is to promote and serve SAU. PAs serve as student hosts at a variety of University events and provide tours for prospective students, parents, and other distinguished guests. They also assist the division of Enrollment Services in contacting prospective students.

To become a President’s Ambassador a student must project a positive image, be able to speak in front of groups, and have a cumulative 2.85 GPA with at least 30 college credit hours completed.
