On October 8, 2020, at approximately 9:19am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Cody Hale, 33, of Hope, AR and charged him with 2 counts of delivery of ecstasy pills, possession with purpose to deliver ecstasy pills, possession with purpose to deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of controlled substances near certain facilities. The arrest occurred in the 800 block of S. Elm St. in Hope, AR. Hale was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On October 8, 2020, at approximately 3:24pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Gary Gillard Jr., of Hope, AR and charged him residential burglary, and theft of property.. The arrest occurred in the 1300 block of E. 3^rd street in Hope, AR. Gillard was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On October 9, 2020, at approximately 6:50am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Nathaniel Hussey, 20, of Hope, AR and charged him with possession with purpose to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrest occurred in the 400 block of N. Hervey St. in Hope, AR. Hussey was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On October 12, 2020, at approximately 4:48am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested a male juvenile (*No Photo Available) and Lamonza Tolliver Jr., 19, of Hope, AR. The male juvenile was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the 1^st degree. Mr. Tolliver was arrested and charged with 3 counts of possession of firearms by a certain person, aggravated assault, domestic battery in the 3rd degree, and domestic battery in the 1st degree. The arrest occurred in the 1300 block of Peach St. in Hope, AR. The juvenile and Tolliver were taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
