Al Shaw Jr., 47, of Hope, AR
Ms. Moore was arrested and charged with computer fraud, theft of property, financial identity fraud, and fraudulent use of cred card or debit card.
Mr. Shaw was arrested and charged with battery in the 2nd degree, obstructing government operations, and resisting arrest.

William Griffith, 38, of Hope, AR
Mr. Griffith was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance methamphetamine, and possession of instrument of crime.
On October 12, 2020 at approximate 10:30am, an arrest was made regarding unemployment insurance fraud class C felony. Sherry Moore, 53, of Hope, AR was arrested and charged with computer fraud, theft of property, financial identify fraud, and fraudulent use of credit/debit card. The arrest was made by Hope Police Department in the 1100 block of W. 4th Street. Moore was taken to Hempstead County Detention Center and held for a first appearance.
On October 12, 2020 at approximately 10:30am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Al Shaw Jr., 47, of Hope, AR and charged him with battery in the 2nd degree, obstructing government operations, and resisting arrest. The arrest occurred in the 1100 block of W.4th Street in Hope, AR. Shaw was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On October 13, 2020, at approximately 1:00pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Randy Glenn Jr., 25, of Hope, AR and charged him aggravated assault on a family member and terroristic threatening in the 1st degree. The arrest occurred in the 1000 block of N. Walker St. in Hope, AR. Glenn was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On October 15, 2020, at approximately 4:40pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Tevin Hayden, 18, of Hope, AR and charged him theft of property. The arrest occurred in the 1800 block of S. Main street in Hope, AR. Hayden was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On October 18, 2020, at approximately 6:20pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested William Griffith, 38, of Hope, AR and charged him with possession of controlled substance methamphetamine and possession instrument of crime. The arrest occurred in the 1300 block of N. Hervey St. in Hope, AR. Griffith was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
