The Hope Kiwanis Club traditionally hosts a special “salute to veterans” in conjunction with the other civic clubs on Veterans Day. Unfortunately, that wasn’t feasible this year but the club still had a special program on Tuesday. Col. David Lively brought the program. Vice-Mayor Don Still read a special proclamation in honor of Veterans Day and is shown here with the Colonel and Mrs. Lively. The Colonel also posed with Kiwanis veterans Dr. Bill Coffee and Bob Willis.
