Lions auction Thursday, Saturday

PRESCOTT – For early Christmas shoppers, this Thursday and Saturday will be the perfect opportunity to take care of some of that holiday shopping as the Prescott Lions Club will be hosting its annual auction.
The auction will be at the Potlatch Building at the Nevada County Fairgrounds, starting at 6 p.m. Thursday and Saturday. The auction will end at 8 p.m. Thursday and when it’s done on Saturday.
There will be plenty of things for people to choose from, and those attending must wear a mask. Couples and families can sit together, but everyone else should observe social distancing.
The Lions will again be offering several turkeys and hams for those holiday dinners, along with an electric motorcycle for children, vases, gift certificates from restaraunts in Hope, Prescott and Arkadelphia. A Curley Wolf bench has been donated by James Cannon.
All proceeds from the auction will be used for Lions Club projects.
