Alfredo Lara Charged With Failure To Register As A Sex Offender

On November 16, 2020 at approximately 3:51pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Alfredo Lara, 34, of Hope, AR and charged him with failure to register as a sex offender. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of S. Washington St. in Hope, AR. Lara was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
