Accident at Avenue A and Elm In Hope

The Hope Police, the Hope Fire Department,and Pafford EMS responded to a two car accident at Avenue A and Elm Tuesday shortly after 5pm.  At least one person was treated at the scene by Pafford.  The driver of the other vehicle was reported to have fled on foot before the authorities arrived.
