Guernsey – Local pastor, teacher, and author Charles Jones of Guernsey announces the recent publication of his latest work: “From Tarsus To Rome”, a historical novel of the life of the Apostle Paul. This is the second historical novel that Jones has written. The first was of the Choctaw removal on the Trail of Tears. For that work he was made an honorary member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.

Other books written by Jones were three novels: When He’ll Freezes Over, Beyond Mercy, and No Place to Hide. His most successful writing was Wings of Mercy, a Christian view of death which is now out of print. He co-authored a book of humor, A Funny Thing Happened On the Way To The Morgue, and a 365 day devotional with Mary Crisp Jameson of Magnolia. Copies of any of the books may be purchased postage paid for $15.00 at P. O. Box 28, Hope, Arkansas.
