Martha Sallee Knits 166 Hats for Charity

92 year old Mrs. Martha Sallee has been knitting hats for Hope In Action #2, Heather Manor, and Arkansas Children’s Hospital.  In 2020, she knitted and donated 166 hats.  The estimated value is about $627.  She has spent nearly 600 hours working on these caps.

    Not only is Mrs. Sallee knitting, she’s also an active Extension Homemaker and has been a member of the DeAnn Sunshine Club for 26 years.  Our thanks to Mrs. Sallee for her outstanding community service!
