We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2021, at the age of 83, Ellen Sue Dougan of White Hall, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, W. B. “Billy” and Edith Carroll Loe; and her siblings, Algie, Edgar, Joe, Thomas (A. D.), Robert, W. B., Abram, Ardell Loe, Era Loe Baker, Dera Loe, Mary Lou Loe, Juanita Loe Hicks and Sidney Loe Steed.

She is survived by : her children, Kathy Wells, Patricia Crane (Jeff) of Redfield, AR, Belinda Dougan and Doug Dougan (Audra) of Prescott, AR.; her brother Ottis Loe (Joy) of McCaskill, AR; her siblings-in-law, David Dougan (Dorothy) of Sulphur Springs, TX and Alice Mae Leach of Colorado Springs, CO.; and her grandchildren, Amanda Dougan Andrews (Terry), Amy Morman Krause, Danielle Dougan, Lisa Helmick (Josh), Ted Morman (Allison), Rivers Wells, Hoy Crane (Ali) and Bobby Crane (Julie).

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 14th 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Caney Cemetery.
