PRESCOTT – Access to the Nevada County Courthouse will be limited until further notice.

Several elected officials and staff members have tested positive for COVID-19, according to Nevada County Judge Mark Glass.  Those needing to take care of business at the courthouse are to go to the front door where they will be seen.

Glass said the courthouse is being locked down until further notice and all court dates have been postponed due to the virus. He added the courthouse was cleaned Friday because of the virus and said two more officials tested positive for COVID today.
