HWL closed today, opens Friday

HOPE – Based on the current weather conditions, HWL will remained closed

today, Thursday, February 18th. The office will reopen on Friday,

February 19th at 10:00 a.m. We apologize for any inconvenience this

may cause, but out of an abundance of care, for our employees and the

public we will not open today. We will continue to update this

information based on current weather conditions. If there are water
