On April 4, 2021 at approximately 2:00am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Derrick Manuel II, 24, of Hope, AR and charged him with domestic battery in the 3rd degree. The arrest occurred in the 1000 block of Rosston Road in Hope, AR. Manuel was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On April 4, 2021 at approximately 11:54am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Tony Cooper, 30, of Hope, AR and Jamal White, 30, of Hope, AR. Mr. Cooper was arrested and charged with possession with purpose to deliver ecstasy pills, possession with purpose to deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and served a foreign warrant service. Mr. White was arrested and charged with possession with purpose to deliver ecstasy pills, possession with purpose to deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and served a foreign warrant service. The arrest occurred in the 1600 block of North Hervey Street in Hope, AR. Cooper and White were taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On April 4, 2021 at approximately 7:49pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Gregory Manigo, 32, of Hope, AR and charged him with battery in the 3rd degree. The arrest occurred in the 600 block of South Mockingbird Lane in Hope, AR. Manigo was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
