HHS students get OSHA certificate

HOPE – A total of 23 Hope High School agricultural science students have qualified for
Occupational Safety and Hazard Administration level 10 certification, Agricultural Sciences
Teacher Christina Smith announced.
The certification is offered in three areas including agricultural metals, mechanics, and
structures through a 10-hour course designed for entry-level employees in construction and
general industry, Smith said.
Level 10 certifications have been awarded to Gian Almazan, Marcus Bell, Oswaldo Bello,
Byreasia Gulley, Ammorrion Dempsey, Eduardo Dominguez, Colston Flemming, Joshua
Henley, Anthony Hernandez, Jose Luna and James Magee.
Also, Brandon Martin, Alexia Muldrew, Javoris Muldrew, Carlos Navarrete, Francisco Navarrete,
D’angelo Palmer, Davionna Perkins, Khaili Phillips, Tyree Phillips, Javarious Solomon,
Emmanuel Vega, and Tyrese Weston.
