Memphis Man Arrested in Prescott Traffic Stop
By Dale Gathright, Jr., 04/27/21 9:07 AMPRESCOTT – Monday morning, April 26th, Prescott Police Detective Tillman conducted a traffic stop on theI-30 East Bound Exit 44 off-ramp and U.S. Hwy 371.
Detective Tillman made contact with Damion Levy, 37, of Memphis, Tennessee.
Levy was charged with Disregarding a Traffic Control Device, Driving on Suspended License, Fictitious Motor Vehicle plates, Possession with a Purpose to Deliver (400grams/16 Ounces) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Levy was then booked into the Nevada County Detention Center in Prescott.
