On May 7, 2021 at approximately 7:30pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Deondra Armstrong, 33, of Hope, AR and charged her with theft of property and fraudulent use of credit or debit card. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of Washington St. in Hope, AR. Armstrong was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
