ROSSTON – Thursday was graduation day for students in Kindergarten and the sixth grade at Nevada Elementary School.
The commencement exercises were held in the gym, with families gathered for the occasion. All of the students received a “diploma” and lined up on front of helium-filled 2021 balloons to get their photos taken by relatives. Sandra Browning said the students all worked hard to achieve this. As a special treat, the kindergarten students performed “Can’t Stop that Feeling”.
