Sheriff Singleton Recognized For Service As President Of The Arkansas Sheriff’s Association

Incoming Arkansas Sheriff’s Association President Craighead County Sheriff Marty Boyd, presented outgoing ASA President Hempstead County Sheriff James Singleton with a engraved Henry Rifle for his service as the 2020 ASA President.  The presentation took place at the Sheriffs Annual Summer Conference in Jonesboro on Tuesday.
