PRESCOTT – With COVID restrictions being loosened, the Prescott-Nevada County Chamber of Commerce is getting busier.

According to Executive Director Jamie Hillery, here are some of the things the Chamber will be involved with over the next few months. First, the Chamber will be assisting with the Red Stone Job Fair at the Stokes Center on June 15. This job fair is from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.

On July 1, the Chamber will host the city’s Fourth of July Fireworks show, and there will be a ribbon cutting at the Barn at Willow Oak Acres on July 22.

RoRo’s She Shed will have a ribbon cutting on Aug. 13, and the annual Chamber Banquet and Awards Ceremony will be held on Aug. 31, at 5:30 p.m. at The Barn at Willow Oaks Acres.

The Chamber will be involved with the Nevada County Fair from Sept. 12-18, along with participating in the Nevada Count Health Department’s Annual Mass Flu Clinic on Sept. 30.
