Hope police log

On June 15, 2021 at approximately 1:40pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Justin Morgan, 40, of Searcy, AR and charged him with theft of property.  The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington St. in Hope, AR. Morgan was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On June 20, 2021 at approximately 8:57pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Emmanuel Ballinger, 33, of Emmet, AR and charged him with public intoxication and served a foreign warrant service.  The arrest occurred in the 800 block of West Ave. B St. in Hope, AR. Ballinger was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
