Recipient 2021 William & Mattie Bazzelle Scholarship

Malaijah McClenton was the recipient of the 2021 William & Mattie Bazzelle Scholarship.  William and Mattie Bazzelle were educators in the former Oak Grove School District.   The $1000 scholarship is awarded annually to a Nevada High School Student.  Malaijah graduated with honors and plans to attend Southern Arkansas University Tech in Camden and will pursue a degree in Health Sciences.  Her career goal is to become a Medical Diagnostic Sonographer.  The award was presented by Herbert Coleman, President of the Oak Grove Community Outreach Center .
