Hope police log

On July 21, 2021 at approximately 9:40am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Antonio Gulley, 23, of Hope, AR and charged him with forgery in the 2^nd degree and theft of property.  The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington St. in Hope, AR. Gulley was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
