The Hope/Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce served watermelons on the steps of the Arkansas State Capitol on August 26th. Chamber Director Beckie Moore was joined by Shelia and Chuck Key who supplied the melons. As you can see, the folks in Little Rock appreciated the treat!
