David Parker Celebrates 40 Years As A State Farm Agent

Visitors to David Parker’s office on Wednesday got to enjoy a display on his 40 years as a State Farm Agent.  David posed by the display looking much the same as he did 40 years ago (with a little change from the 80’s hairstyle!).

Prior to becoming a State Farm agent, David was a manager for both the West and Rephan’s Department Store chains.  He was well familiar with Hope prior to moving here to start his State Farm career as the Rephan’s store in Hope was under his supervision.

In addition to his insurance work, David has served in many capacities in community service in Hope including the United Way, Kiwanis, and Chamber of Commerce.  He and his family are active members of Calvary Baptist Church.
