ROSSTON – Nevada is excited about the 2021 golf season.

This season the team has four seniors and one freshman.  They are led by their senior, Grayson Gourley who has been playing golf for 4 years.  First year players are Ethan Burns, Noah Barr, and Sebastian Garcia Valera.  The one freshman is Brogan Rhodes.  This group is very close and competitive with each other and will always work hard when they play matches.

District tournament will be held at the Malvern Country Club on September 21, with a practice round being played on Sept. 20.

The top two teams will advance to state the first week of October.  First year golf coach Bradley Brown is very excited about having this group of athletes as his first team.  They keep things fun and want to do better every time they play.  Coach Brown looks forward to the progress and growth of the golf program and takes great pride in coaching at Nevada.
