Jay Pruitt Arrested For Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

On September 9, 2021 at approximately 9:46am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Jay Pruitt, 32, of Byrant, AR and charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication. The arrest occurred in the 2400 block of North Hervey St. in Hope, AR. Pruitt was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
